During my assignments at Unilever I embraced diverse roles that showcased my multifaceted leadership style. As the European Logistics Project Manager, I orchestrated the seamless integration of a new production site and distribution center, optimising the European ice-cream logistics network.

In my capacity as a Transformation Project Manager, I led the spin-off of the tea unit from a DACH perspective and contributed to an AI-based portfolio optimisation solution. Additionally, I drove the digital transformation and automation roadmap of the Heilbronn based Knorr factory, upskilling over 100 production employees and implementing sustainable waste reduction initiatives.

Academic Background

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Cologne. I further broadened my perspective through a semester abroad at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, emphasizing International Business Studies.

Additionally, I have earned a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School, where I ranked among the top 5% of my cohort. Complementing my master's studies, I enriched my academic experience with a semester abroad at the Università degli Studi di Torino in Turin, Italy, focusing on International Business Studies.
